1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Fees & Shipping

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.

• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For returns due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You may use the carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Contact our support team at yohotoys@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your proof of purchase.

• Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only offer direct exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation of purchase. If the order may have already been processed or shipped, in which case you will need to follow the standard return process.
